2. Customer Account Qualification
To access checkout and request quotes, users must register a valid customer account. You warrant that all information provided (including your research institution name, university lab department, or biotech business license) is authentic. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot be verified or those registering from private residential addresses.
3. Quotation and Checkout Workflow
Our e-commerce checkout operates as a **non-payment quotation procurement process**. Submitting an order creates a binding purchase quote order logged as "Pending". All pricing is subject to verification by our sales desk. Payment terms (credit terms, institutional wire transfers, or purchase orders) must be validated offline before shipment is approved.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Duties
Chemical shipments require specific packing compliance rules (including cold-chain dry ice packing or amber glass containment). Shipping costs and local toxicological regulatory declarations are computed per order. The buyer is responsible for obtaining any import permits required by their regional environmental agencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Neo Peptides or its laboratory associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, misuse, or accidental exposure of any supplied chemical compounds. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the supplier against all liabilities.
6. Amendments to Covenants
We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the e-commerce catalogue signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
